The holidays are my favorite season of the year; family gatherings, time off from work, school's out, and there's events left and right all the time! With the weather being cold enough to sport jackets, sweaters, and other winter accessories, December is the ideal month to play with layering and with mixing and matching different pieces.

I've always said that the Motorcycle Jacket is the ideal staple piece every dude must own in their closet; not only is it a timeless piece, but it can be worn with anything and everything. For this outfit, I decided to dress it up on the casual-formal side for those heading out to holiday parties with friends or co-workers. To add some contrast; you can never go wrong with a plaid shirt and matching chinos.
